Working collaboratively with campus partners, the Advisor helps students navigate college systems, build essential academic and life skills, and develop confidence and a sense of belonging from entry through graduation. Responsibilities include advising a caseload of TRIO students, facilitating workshops and courses, supporting student programming and events, maintaining accurate records for grant compliance, and contributing to assessment and continuous improvement efforts.

This position is
** funded through a federal TRIO grant for a five-year term**, with continued employment contingent upon ongoing grant funding.
