Med Pro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in La Grande, Oregon.

- Assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services.
- Provide direct patient care, determine functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
- Establish and administer treatment programs with goals set in collaboration with the physician.
- Document and record patient conditions and educate patients and families on physical therapy methods.
- Develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled interventions per physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, evaluate and modify care to meet physical therapy goals.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with passed NPTE.
- Graduated from an accredited PT program.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience.
- Current or pending state license as a Registered Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
- Other client‑specific requirements as determined by the facility.
- Weekly pay and direct deposit.
