Dietary Services Manager
La Grande Post Acute Rehab – La Grande, OR
$23–$28/hr DOE
Looking for a rewarding leadership role in a community‑focused environment?
La Grande Post Acute Rehab is hiring a Dietary Services Manager to help elevate the dining experience for our residents in the heart of Eastern Oregon.
- Lead daily kitchen operations including food prep, service, and ordering
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety
- Collaborate with our Dietitian on menus tailored to residents
- Support, mentor, and guide dietary staff
- Build relationships with residents and learn their preferences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed food service supervisor certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A passion for teamwork, service, and great food
