La Grande Post Acute Rehab is looking for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.

• Answer signal lights
• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serve and collect food trays and feed residents requiring help.
• Transport residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assist residents to walk.
• Turn and re‑position residents, alone or with assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Complete documentation

• Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Employment
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team setting
