• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, helping them navigate this important phase of life.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.

• A valid nursing licence and experience in hospice or palliative care.
