Role OverviewAs a Warehouse Agent at Air Inuit, you will manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations in La Grande, handling the receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise.
Responsibilities- Organize the warehouse layout and maintain equipment functionality
- Prepare loads and verify load documentation
- Assist with aircraft loading and unloading as needed
- Help prepare all flight documents related to cargo
- Receive and distribute cargo
- Operate the forklift safely
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English/Inuktitut, French/Inuktitut, or French/English
- Reliable, punctual, able to work under pressure in a physically demanding environment
- Possession of a valid driving license
- Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
- Candidate may be considered without a local base if the position is not filled locally
- Salary and benefits are determined according to company policy
- Rotational schedule: 15 days on, 13 days off
- Air transport from Montreal and company‑covered accommodation and meals for each rotation
- Employee not assigned a specific base
