Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP)
This facility seeks a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support to fill a current need.
- Start Date:
ASAP - Available
Shifts:
8 - Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75
- Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. - Patients per day: 10–15
- Practice Setting:
Wellness Clinic - State Licensure:
Active Oregon state Medical License, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), DEA - Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
