Locum NP; Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine;Primary Care

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including diagnosing and treating various health conditions, conducting health assessments, and providing patient education. • Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care meetings

• Associate's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current NP certification and state licensure to practice
• Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems

Schedule:

4-day workweek (Mon-Thurs)

Shift Information: 8a-6p

Patient Population:
All ages

Average Daily Volume: 10-15 patients

EMR:
Epic

Must have experience and be able to work independently

Board certification required
