Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing, rebuilding, and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintaining equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform off‑site and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales, and using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weights between 35–75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing

Salary range: $14.85 – $24.50 per hour (for full‑time positions after eligibility criteria are met). The following benefits are available:
