• Unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license.
• Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable.

• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments.
• Lead nursing activities and advocate for residents.
• Maintain knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
