• Experience in technical service, field support, or cushioning solutions is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve cushioning or packaging equipment issues.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Illinois.
