- Experience in technical service, field support, or cushioning solutions is preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve cushioning or packaging equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Illinois.
