Job SummaryAs a Customer Success Manager you ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of domestic freight accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing client relationships in the transportation industry.

- Account Management:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues. - Business Development:
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s market share. - Freight Coordination:
Coordinate domestic freight shipments, including negotiating rates with carriers, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. - Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. - Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports on key metrics, and provide insights to management on account health and growth opportunities. - Compliance:
Ensure all shipments comply with industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting domestic freight.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic freight management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of domestic freight and transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers.
