Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions- Act as a liaison between customers, subcontractors, installers, and office administrators.
- Create the project plan and manage the work performed by internal resources and third parties/vendors required to successfully deliver projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.
- Launch proper communication channels with internal and external clients and respond appropriately to all client concerns.
- Maintain and complete bid packets.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral formats all information (ideas, instructions, questions, etc.) in technical and non‑technical terms.
- Ensure each team member clearly understands the time and budgetary constraints that exist around their role and tasks.
- Ensure each team member has the tools and skills they need to perform their job effectively.
- Pull permits and licenses as needed.
- Manage the hiring and oversee the work of subcontractors.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Negotiate proactive solutions when issues arise on projects.
- Prepare progress and status reports to management as needed.
- Manage material spend.
- Manage work crews to adhere to federal and state safety regulations.
Percentage of jobs completed on time and within budget; client satisfaction scores.
Required Education, Experience & Competencies- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Solid knowledge of ADA rules and regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in construction methodology and blueprints.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Proven track record of managing to deadlines and project completion within budget.
