Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but not required; the employer is willing to invest in the right candidate.

As an LPN, you will provide the backbone of the clinical department, ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plans. You will conduct resident assessments, lead the team, and advocate for residents’ needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
