We’re now hiring a part-time Sales Associate who shares our passion for wellness, people, and performance.

You're outgoing, organized, and love helping others succeed in their fitness journey. You're goal-oriented but always lead with empathy—understanding that every sale is about solving a problem, not pushing a product. Whether it’s a new lead walking through the door, a hesitant guest needing follow-up, or a member needing help at the front desk, you show up with professionalism, warmth, and drive.

• Make 50+ Outbound Contacts Daily: Consistently reach out to leads via calls, texts, and emails to encourage intro bookings, follow-ups, and membership conversions.
• Lead Sales Consultations: Greet walk-ins and intro class attendees, deliver engaging studio tours, understand their fitness goals, and present membership options that align.
• Handle Objections with Confidence: Overcome common concerns—such as time, price, or needing to check with a partner—by listening, connecting, and reframing value.
• Build a Strong Member Community: Create relationships with clients that go beyond the sale. Engage with members before and after class to foster retention and satisfaction.
• Support Daily Operations: Handle front desk tasks so long as checking members in, answering phones, responding to walk-ins, printing waivers, managing apparel sales, and ensuring studio cleanliness.
• Act as a Studio Ambassador: Promote events, help manage our studio's social media presence, and represent the Club Pilates brand in a friendly, professional way.

• Experience in sales, boutique fitness, wellness services, or client-facing retail is preferred
• Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and guide conversations toward a positive outcome
• Comfortable making high-volume outreach and following up without hesitation
• Skilled in overcoming objections in a supportive and persuasive way
• Calm under pressure—able to juggle tasks at the front desk without missing a beat
• Tech-savvy, with basic proficiency in CRM tools and social media (Instagram and Facebook preferred)
• Highly organized and able to manage time, leads, and responsibilities independently

• Must be available to work 10 to 20 hours per week
  , including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Must be able to work evening shifts
• Must live within commuting distance of La Grange, IL 60525 and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to commit to at least 6 months in the role
• Willing to support other nearby Club Pilates locations as needed
• $16 to $18 per hour base pay, plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities
