Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Responsibilities

Shift: Full‑Time 3rd Shift – Wednesday‑Saturday 10:00PM‑8:30AM. OFF Sunday‑Tuesday!

Pay starts at $31.00‑$35.00/HR + additional pay for shift differential.

Additional CDL Incentive Pay ($1.00 with active CDL A or B license). Pay is based on experience/qualifications.

Position Responsibilities

• The Fleet Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment, as well as the diagnostics and rebuilding of clutches and brake systems.
• As a Fleet Technician, you will complete thorough documentation for work orders related to repairs and preventative maintenance using the online Asset Works system.
• You will operate a company vehicle to diagnose and repair equipment as part of roadside service calls.
• You will ensure that equipment has the required licensing and registration being deemed "roadworthy".
• You will install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or Xata Net) and/or cameras (Drive Cam).
• You will work in accordance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations to ensure safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds.
• Must possess own tools (minimum tool requirement).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles.

Preferred

Education and Experience

• Technical School Certification.
