Pay:
Great Pay
- Provide short-term counseling and social-emotional support to students.
- Respond to crises, conduct risk assessments, and provide follow-up support.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to implement behavior interventions and strategies.
- Participate in IEP and MTSS/RTI processes as appropriate.
- Maintain records and documentation of services delivered.
- Communicate with families and connect them to appropriate community resources.
- Support a safe, inclusive school climate in line with District 105’s core values.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement.
- Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed practices, and crisis intervention.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse school community.
- Preferred LSW or LCSW credential.
- Familiarity with MTSS and restorative practices.
- Spanish/English bilingual ability.
