About the Opportunity
As part of the Subrogation Division, the Administrative Clerk assists the day-to-day operations of the mailroom. This position is full-time and is an in-person work environment.
What you’ll do- Processes all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manually monitor email folders and prepare documents to be scanned; these can include subpoenas and legal correspondence.
- Scans documents for all departments.
- Prepare outgoing certified mail.
- Log items arriving with tracking number, e.g. FEDEX, UPS, into an Excel spreadsheet.
- Operates mailroom machinery, including postage machine, copiers, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers.
- Picks up and delivers mail to departments within the office.
- 0-1 years of experience within an entry‑level position.
- Working knowledge of or ability to learn office equipment, including copiers and printers, fax machines, and phone systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products.
- Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Possesses excellent skills in verbal and written communication.
- Must maintain confidential information.
- Demonstrates integrity and honesty in all aspects of job performance.
- Maintains a professional demeanor in all communications.
- Must be able to push and pull a mail cart.
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Have a strong understanding of the role.
- Begin building relationships and collaborating with peers.

Pay range
:
This is a non‑exempt position at an hourly rate of $23.00/hour.
- PTO, Paid Holidays, and Volunteer Days.
