Front Desk Agent - Part-Time / Full-Time
Best Western Ashbury Inn is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team in La Grange, KY.
Shift Requirements:Must be available to work at least 3 to 5 days per week
.
Coverage needed for 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
Responsibilities:Welcome and check in guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
Manage guest reservations, phone calls, and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Strong communication and basic computer skills.
Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is required.
