Job Description

Cares for individuals with behavioral health conditions or disabilities. Functions as a treatment team member, assisting patient goal attainment. Monitors patients' physical and emotional well‑being. Participates in rehabilitation and treatment programs, activities of daily living, and instrumental activities of daily living.
