Summary Job Description
Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, The Joint Commission standards, and State and Federal requirements.
RequirementsGraduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Kentucky Pharmacist Registration, or eligible.
