the Opportunity

Machinify is scaling rapidly and investing in modern, data‑driven business systems that connect every function across the company. We are seeking a Techno Functional Expert, Enterprise Business Applications to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of systems that power our core business processes including HR, Order Management, Operations, Sales, Service, Legal, and Procurement.

This hands‑on role bridges technology and business operations. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of functional workflows (for example, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire) and the technical expertise to design, configure, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

The role will also involve leading system integrations across the business, ensuring seamless data and process flow using tools such as Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.

You will collaborate cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to ensure systems are robust, integrated, and aligned with Machinify's strategic goals.

What You'll Do Enterprise Systems Leadership
  • Lead implementation, enhancement, and integration of enterprise applications supporting Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Service, and Procurement.
  • Serve as the primary techno‑functional liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and document end to end business processes, ensuring configurations align with operational and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee daily system operations, releases, and change management to maintain stability and business continuity.
Technical Delivery and Process Optimization
  • Configure and enhance applications across ERP (Finance, Order Management, Procurement), CRM (Salesforce), and HCM (Workday, Paycom, or equivalent) platforms.
  • Drive automation and process efficiency using integration workflows and self‑service tools.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify process improvements, deliver enhancements, and optimize user experience.
  • Manage change control and testing cycles to ensure high quality deployments.
Integrations Management
  • Oversee design, delivery, and support of system integrations to ensure seamless data exchange across ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms.
  • Manage and optimize integrations using Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics teams to maintain data integrity and synchronization between business systems and reporting platforms.
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, and GTM functions to ensure technology enables and accelerates business strategy.
  • Collaborate with external system integrators and managed service providers to ensure quality delivery, cost efficiency, and on time implementation.
Governance and Operations
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, integrations, and key business processes.
  • Implement proactive monitoring to ensure integration health and performance.
  • Support internal audits, SOX, and data governance initiatives through strong configuration control and traceability.
