- Competitive hourly compensation—earn between $40,000 and $60,000 base wage annually;

You will:
- Deliver high‑quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers;
- Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;
- Seek opportunities for customer base growth;
- Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;
- Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;
- Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary.

- Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.
- Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
