Full-Time LPN – Night Shift
Location: Oldham County Jail – Kentucky Schedule: 3/4 12-Hour Night Rotation EVO Weekend (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
What You'll Do- Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care while monitoring patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Complete thorough documentation and maintain accurate medical records
- Perform patient assessments, respond to emergencies, and provide appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
- Practice confidently within Kentucky's Scope of Practice and Southern Health Partners' clinical guidelines
