Full-Time LPN – Night Shift

Location:

Oldham County Jail – Kentucky

Schedule:

3/4 12-Hour Night Rotation EVO Weekend (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Deliver compassionate, hands‑on nursing care while monitoring patient conditions and progress
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
• Complete thorough documentation and maintain accurate medical records
• Perform patient assessments, respond to emergencies, and provide appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
• Practice confidently within Kentucky’s Scope of Practice and Southern Health Partners' clinical guidelines
