Event Setup Team Member

Location: Ashbourne Farms | LaGrange, KY

Ashbourne Farms is located just outside of Louisville, KY in scenic LaGrange and hosts a myriad of high-end luxury events such as weddings, corporate outings, concerts and shows, and private events throughout the year.

• Pay:
  Starting at $16 per hour, based on experience.
• Hours:
  
  Mostly morning and afternoon shifts.
• Type:
  Part-time, as-needed work. Busy season April through November.

• Heavy lifting:
  Regularly lifting and carrying tables, chairs, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Moving & setup:
  Pushing, pulling, and hauling furniture to set up large event spaces.
• Physical activity:
  On your feet the entire time; walking, bending, reaching, moving heavy items.
• Indoor/Outdoor:
  Working in various weather conditions.

• Build the event:
  Follow a floor plan to place every piece of furniture in the exact right spot.
• Break it down:
  Help take everything apart and store it safely after the party.
• Team support:
  Work closely with crew to keep farm clean, organized, and ready for guests.

• Show up on time and ready to work hard.
• Comfortable with physically tiring work.
• Listen to directions and work well with a team.
• Bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Available for shifts a few days per week; occasional evening or weekend availability may be requested.
