For our VF stores located within the Outlet Castel Guelfo (Bologna), we are looking for part-time sales assistants for disabled people, 21 hours per week, enrolled in the targeted placement Law 68/99.

Sales assistants are a source of inspiration for our customers, offer excellent service, and help maintain the highest standards in our stores.

We expect our sales assistants to contribute to memorable sales experiences. To this end, they must:

• Provide high-level sales assistance, using the training received and ensuring that all customers are treated with respect.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of products in the store.
• Handle the daily assortment of the store, checking the adequate coverage of sizes and models.
• Constantly verify that all merchandise in the sales space is provided with anti-theft devices.
• Maintain merchandising standards in line with brand directives.
• Update pricing of goods (sales and promotions).
• Manage returns and inventories according to company procedures.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and warehouse.
• Care for the daily movement of goods both in and out.

• Loves interacting with customers. Acts as an example for the rest of the team thanks to their practicality, enthusiasm, and passion for offering an exceptional customer experience.
• Has a proactive attitude in facing all circumstances of the store.
• Has a passion for our brands, fashion, and retail in general.
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Is flexible if there is a need to work on weekends, evenings, and during holidays.
• Previous experience is ideal but not necessary. But the most important thing is that this figure embodies and promotes our guiding principles: live with integrity, act with courage, be curious, show empathy, and persevere.

Contract offered

Placement at the 5th or 4th level of the CCNL Commerce, Tertiary, Distribution and Services, based on the skills and knowledge of the profile. Contract for 6 months, possibly extendable.
