Job Overview:
Oldham County Country Club is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed Level 1 of the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program and demonstrate a strong desire to advance their career in the golf industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team.

• Completion of Level 1 of the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program (preferred not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness and ambition to learn, grow, and advance within the golf industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a golf or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to providing outstanding service to members and guests.

• Be an active team member assisting with daily golf operations including:
  • Guest check-in
  • Starting Play
  • Pace of Play
  • Merchandise management and sales
  • Cash and credit card handling
  • Daily reporting
• Be fully knowledgeable of golf shop merchandise - features and benefits
• Maintain clean, presentable and fully stocked merchandise displays
• Assist organizing and implementing tournaments, group outings and special events

• 100% of lesson and clinic revenue
