Maintenance Custodian Associate

Overview

Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club. This role involves keeping the member experience positive through a well-kept facility, clean restrooms, and clean floors. The position requires you to be on your feet and on the go with a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Maintains safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. This includes conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company standards, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management. Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) in accordance with Company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash according to the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores chemicals properly, and places orders to replenish supplies when low.

Other information:
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums in specific circumstances.
