Teen Services Director

Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm, weekends when required.

We are seeking a dedicated Teen Services Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Teen program development, supervising activities, and ensuring the success of various initiatives in the community, local high schools/jr. high schools, as well as knowledge of social media and keeping current with other activities, etc.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate Teen programs to meet in-house and community needs
• Collaborate with the community, local schools, and other Clubs to market programs and increase overall engagement
• Research & conduct public speaking engagements in the community & local schools to raise awareness of teen program goals
• Coordinate fundraising efforts to support teen program sustainability
• Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and retention
• Collect and analyze data to measure Teen program impact and effectiveness

• Strong background in youth program development and implementation
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead effectively
• Experience in marketing programs to target audiences
• Ability to conduct successful fundraising activities
