$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Ensure the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including performing safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer, cooler, and deli area in accordance with company policies: receive and stock merchandise, zone the area, set up and clean displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, and complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow food handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, comply with cold‑chain procedures, clean the freezer/cooler/deli area, monitor equipment, and report issues to management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
• Prior experience and passion for stocking and customer service.
• Strong focus on member satisfaction.
• Ability to solve problems and innovate.
• Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly to different work scenarios.
• Creative and "out‑of‑box" thinking.
