Charge Nurse

Human Good community is seeking a Charge Nurse LVN to lead clinical care for older adults in our senior living community. The Charge Nurse LVN coordinates and delivers hands-on nursing care, oversees CNAs, administers medications and treatments, and monitors resident conditions. This role partners with an interdisciplinary team to support care plans, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Supervise, support, and assign work to CNAs and other caregiving staff on the unit
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and document accurately in EHRPerform nursing assessments, monitor changes in condition, and communicate with physicians and families
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in care planning, interdisciplinary team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Educate residents, families, and staff on care needs, procedures, and health management
