To provide administrative support to specific positions and/or location/department through a variety of communication and clerical functions. Must provide on‑site direct support to staff and students, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment. Responsibilities include overseeing student discipline and fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Essential Duties / Major Accountabilities- Must maintain mandatory mandatory presence on campus and be physically able to attend mandatory mandatory site visits.
- Self‑accountable for students, self, and team.
- Develop and maintain transparent and honest relationships with students and staff.
- Strong unified team focus, providing an innovative environment for student success.
- Enrollment Duties
- Recruitment & retention: use marketing materials to communicate about school policies and programs.
- Monitor all student exits, exit surveys, transfers, and re‑enrollments.
- Enrollment Paperwork
- Facilitate enrollment from application submission through complete, accurate paperwork and coding.
- Facilitate record requests for incoming students.
- Maintain all student documents.
- Support health compliance.
- Site/Region Logistics
- Facilitate small vehicle checkouts, weekly inspections, certifications, and maintenance.
- Manage site compliance and safety.
- Ordering & Inventory Management
- Manage student computer inventory, check‑in and check‑out processes.
- Collect and track all technology deposits and payments.
- Order and maintain all site supplies.
- Testing Assessment Support
- Support the Site Assessment Coordinator with testing responsibilities.
- Customer Service
- Assist with walk‑in traffic, site phone calls, and application management.
- Foster a clean, caring, supportive, and personalized environment.
- Maintain confidentiality in staff, student, and parent communications and record keeping.
- Maintain knowledge of programs and services available to students for stakeholder communication.
- Other background demonstrating application of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Proven ability to complete correspondence, generate reports, manage multiple calendars, and multitask clerical functions with high accuracy.
- Self‑mandated proficiency in office programs (Spreadsheets, Word, Slides, Internet, calendars, databases).
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, including drafting documents for diverse audiences.
