What You’ll Do- Prep like a Pro: Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to perfection.
- Prime with Precision: Apply primer using various techniques to achieve a flawless base.
- Keep it Smooth: Inspect and maintain priming equipment to ensure it’s always in top shape.
- Team Up: Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay Safe: Follow safety protocols and keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Painting/priming and reading blueprints within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail: and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge: of different painting techniques, materials and tools.
- Ability: to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management: and organizational skills.
- Four-day work week
