We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our La Junta clinic, working in person Monday through Thursday.
- Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services, including exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, and coordinate care with specialists.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and stay current with medical best practices.
Graduate from an accredited program, active Colorado license, 2-4 years clinical experience, strong communication skills, compassionate and collaborative.
