Role:
Emergency Room (ER) RN providing high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Responsibilities:- Assess and triage patients, explain procedures, administer treatments, prepare equipment, monitor patient safety, document assessments, respond to emergencies, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
- One year of recent ER experience, valid RN license, current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications, strong critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, technical, and physical abilities. Must demonstrate mental resilience and sensory acuity.
- Provide urgent care, prioritize patient needs, administer medications, assist physicians, monitor vital signs, document care, educate patients, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
