Climate Express Drivers make America great one mile at a time, and they run a lot of miles. This position involves driving a 2022 or newer Volvo 760 (automatic trucks) that is designed for safety and comfort.

- 70 L /96 W sleeper cab
- Large built‑in refrigerator
- Auxiliary power unit
- Dual antennas
- Flat‑screen TV mount
- Satellite radios
Safety is a shared responsibility. Our experienced operations team dispatches trucks legally and safely, ensuring you do not drive through risky terrain such as the mountains of the West Coast or New York City. Trucks receive regular maintenance and our shop is available 24/7.
CommunicationDrivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members regularly. The operations department is available 24/7. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name, fostering a supportive environment.
Pay and IncentivesPay is based on work record and experience and will be set after full processing. Loaded and empty miles are paid. Expect 5%‑7% higher pay compared to short‑mile rates. Annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses are offered. Top performers earned over $100k last year.
