About the Position

We are seeking a Company Driver for refrigerated loads in La Junta, CO. You will operate 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks, built with ergonomically designed seats, optimal steering, and large 70 L / 96 W sleeper compartments. The trucks include dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, and auxiliary power units. The freight primarily travels the Midwest corridor with no mountainous or city routes.

• Drive dry van and reefer loads, with 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook; 100% no touch freight.
• Maintain safety by adhering to company and legal requirements.
• Meet regularly with managers and dispatchers; participate in team communications.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience.
• Experience driving OTR and willing to perform OTR assignments.
• No more than 4 serious driving incidents.

Pay ranges from $1,430 to $1,860 per week, based on work record and experience, and includes practical miles loaded and empty. Top performers earned over $100k last year.
