This position has a defined path to becoming a top‑performing Service Advisor, one of the most important and highest‑impact roles in the company.
What You’ll Be Doing Customer Experience- Greet customers and create a strong first impression
- Assist with check‑in and vehicle intake
- Help communicate services in a friendly, confident way
- Support advisors with updates and follow‑ups
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Learn and follow proven call‑handling systems
- Assist with shop workflow coordination
- Maintain a clean, professional front office
- Learn Velocity’s structured communication and sales process
- Develop confidence speaking with customers
- Assist in presenting inspections and recommendations
- Progress toward managing own customers
- People person – enjoys talking and building relationships
- Positive, high‑energy attitude
