• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience required
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine preferred; strong experienced providers may be considered
• Comfort working independently in a busy emergency department
• Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced patient environment
• Competency with common ED procedures, including intubation, procedural sedation, fracture reduction/splinting, chest tube placement, CPR, suture repair, I&D, and central line placement
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills

• Provide high‑quality emergency care for a broad range of acute medical and traumatic presentations
• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with chest pain, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, falls, MVC‑related injuries, and sports injuries
• Perform essential emergency procedures as needed to stabilize and treat patients
• Work efficiently in a high‑volume setting with an average daily census of 55‑60 patients
• Deliver care during both day and night coverage on a rotating schedule
• Collaborate with the ED team to support safe, timely, and effective patient care
