Hair Stylist Manager – Smart Style

You’ll provide exceptional leadership and guest service, understand guests’ needs, provide quality consultations, and perform requested services efficiently and professionally.

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
• Desire to lead a salon.
• Tech‑savvy with ability to perform administrative tasks, including closing out the system at the end of the day.
• Good reading, writing, and basic math skills.

• Good eyesight, including close and color vision, to observe client hair and adjust focus.
• Comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs.
• Tolerance for exposure to chemicals and fragrances used in hair treatments.

• 50% service commission from day one.
