Scaffold Lead

Brown & Root Industrial Services -  - Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, instruction, and guidance to other craft workers in the work crew, assisting the Foreman as a journeyman.;
Build, position, and dismantle wooden structures including concrete forms, scaffolds, tunnel and sewer supports, and temporary frame shelters according to sketches or blueprints.;
Assemble scaffold with handrails, mid rails, braces, planks, toe boards, screening, locking pins and wheels to job specifications.;
Brace forms in place with timbers, tie rods, and anchor bolts for concrete piers, footings, and walls; secure scaffolding to permanent structures by tying.;
Erect scaffolding for buildings and other structures, install ladders, walkways, platforms, and gangways; set and brace anchor bolts; perform routine maintenance or cleaning on tools and equipment; observe safety and project rules.
