About the Job The primary focus of this position is to ensure that all Ironclad Environmental Solutions’ units are successfully delivered and picked up from customer sites, while ensuring the drivers are following all safety and DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure driver and dispatch safety by enforcing safety policies and procedures.

Manage drivers and yard operations across multiple branches, including scheduling and assigning vehicles.

Plan and review upcoming deliveries/pick-ups and enter assignments into the Rental Man database.

Track driver progress, troubleshoot issues, and set daily/weekly priorities.

Conduct driver performance discussions, training, and ensure collection of proper delivery/pick-up documentation.

Communicate with customers for scheduling, delivery/pick-up updates, and answer related questions.

Maintain and file daily/weekly/monthly logs, preventative maintenance records, and trucking profit margins.

Coordinate with external vendors for hauling services and transportation permits.

Collaborate with branch and corporate sales for scheduling.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred1 year of experience with dispatching preferred

Familiar with standard concepts of scheduling and dispatching1-2 years of Customer Service ExperienceRCRA / Hazwopper certification a plus Manifest Deciphering a plus Environmental Waste experience a plus Ability to multi-task effectively

Knowledge of DOT and state specific safety regulations

Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve

Communicate clearly: verbal and written

Valid Driver's License
