Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting clients, vendors, and guests with professionalism and discretion
- Manage a multi‑line phone system, directing calls efficiently and accurately
- Oversee front desk operations and maintain a polished, organized office environment
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to internal teams, including scheduling and coordination
- Act as a reliable resource for day‑to‑day office needs and cross‑functional support
- 2+ years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional presence
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with minimal direction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to represent the company professionally
