This full-time Dentist role is an on-site position based in La Mesa, CA. The Dentist will deliver high-quality dental care to patients by performing a range of procedures such as diagnostics, preventative care, restorative treatments, and emergency dental services. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients on oral health, maintaining records, and collaborating with the dental team to deliver excellent patient care.

• Proficiency in dental procedures including oral examinations, restorative treatments, and preventive care
• Strong communication skills to educate patients, discuss treatment plans, and address concerns in a compassionate manner
• Demonstrated commitment to infection control, attention to detail, and adherence to industry standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals in a patient-centered environment
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school, along with a current license to practice dentistry in the state of California
• Experience with state-of-the-art dental technology is highly desirable
• Previous experience in general dentistry or specific specialties is a plus
