Temporary General Dentist – La Mesa, CA (Grossmont)
Gentle Dental is seeking a skilled full-time or part-time Temporary General Dentist to join our established Grossmont practice in La Mesa, California, covering a planned leave of absence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a short-term assignment with guaranteed income, while working alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team. If it's a great fit for both you and the practice, there is also the opportunity to transition into a long-term permanent position in another office or as a Traveling Dentist throughout the region.

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active California dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current DEA, CPR/BLS, and NPI (or ability to obtain as required)
Compensation
- Guaranteed daily rate for the duration of the assignment plus the ability to earn based on percentage of production.
- If transitioning to a permanent position, full-time General Dentists typically earn $150,000–$400,000+ annually, based on production and schedule.
