We are currently hiring a
** Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
** for our
** Home Health

* Competitive hourly pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
* Full-time position
* Coverage area:
Santee to Imperial Beach/San Ysidro

** As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
*** Provide in-home physical therapy under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s Plan of Care (POC).
* Assist patients with mobility, strength, pain management, and range of motion exercises.
* Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training.
* Utilize physical agents such as heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, and massage.
* Educate patients on the use of assistive devices (wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, prosthetics).
* Monitor and report patient progress and changes in condition.
** Qualifications
* ** Active California PTA license
* Minimum 2 years of patient care experience (Home Health experience preferred)
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
* Strong communication and organizational skills
