This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in La Mesa, CA. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing personalized policy recommendations, and guiding them through the process of purchasing suitable coverage. Duties also include maintaining relationships with existing clients, addressing inquiries, and offering exceptional customer service.

• Handle 10–15 inbound sales inquiries per day
• Manage 5–10 client accounts daily from quoting to binding
• Advise clients on appropriate commercial and personal insurance solutions
• Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal service and retention teams

• Active California Property & Casualty insurance license
• Proficiency in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines
• Strong sales and closing skills with warm leads
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Driven, accountable, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment

• $36,000 base salary plus commissions
