Telemarketing Insurance Rep needed for an insurance agency located in, East County San Diego! If you're passionate about helping clients protect what matters most! Bring your energy, expertise, and enthusiasm for sales to a role where every interaction makes a difference.
Hours:Monday - Friday, 9 am - 12 pm (Flexible Part Time Hours!)Duration:
Direct Hire Workplace:
In office
Pay: $18.50 an hour + bonus
Job Duties
- -Cold calling 200-250 calls per day
- -Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service
- -Respond fast to inbound calls, web inquiries, referrals, and agency generated leads.
- -Prospect through outbound calls emails, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- -Insurance experience is preferred.
- -Active Property and Casualty license is preferred.
- -A good understanding of insurance terminology, the general functions of an insurance broker and the various lines of commercial insurance.
- -Good written and oral communication skills.
- -Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and self-confident
