Overview

Neuro Restorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Position

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Schedule and Compensation
  • Full-time NOC shift; 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay)
  • Salary Range: $$ per hour, based on experience
  • $2 per hour NOC shift differential
  • Blended salary range (base pay + overtime pay): $$ per hour
  • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k w/company match, life insurance, and more!) for full-time positions
Full-time Schedule
  • Week 1:
    Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Week 2:
    Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
  • Repeat
Location
  • La Mesa, CA
  • Neuro Restorative facility located on Aztec Drive
  • CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility)
  • 15-bed facility
  • Low patient ratios
  • Each shift staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN and 3 CNAs
  • On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet

Qualifications
  • Current state LPN/LVN License
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment
  • Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
  • A commitment to quality in everything you do
Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
  • Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
  • Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
